8AM Golf appears to be teeing up several concepts to enter the Charlotte market in the coming years.

3’s is already on its way to Charlotte, as What Now Charlotte previously reported. The concept, founded by Davis Sezna, is also an 8AM Golf brand, a company that is backed by Justin Timberlake. 3’s is expected to open in 2025.
However, 3’s is not the only 8AM concept on the way to the Charlotte area. Fellow 8AM Golf brand T-Squared Social, which is based in New York, is eyeing the Charlotte market, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
Like 3’s, the concept merges golf with entertainment, food and drinks. T-Squared features golf simulators, bowling and darts as well as a food menu offering flatbreads, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and salads, and a full beverage program featuring cocktails, beer and wine.
“Charlotte is a great city with tons of opportunity,” Trey Marucci, chief strategy officer for 8AM Golf, told the Charlotte Business Journal. “I think there is plenty of room for multiple 8 AM Golf concepts.”
Marucci also revealed that the company will likely expand the 3’s brand to a second location in the Charlotte area in the coming years.
3’s is a casual golfing concept that focuses on food, drinks and entertainment as well as golf.
“Charlotte is a dynamic market with an awful lot of nice people with a great spirit for the game of golf,” Sezna previously told What Now Charlotte. “It’s a terrific demographic and a lot of golf fans. I think Charlotte is a wonderful market and if I’ve done my job, then you are going to enjoy coming out [to 3’s] for a number of different reasons.”
For now, no exact locations have been selected for a new 8AM Golf concept.
