The Cardinal Bar is heading to the new 535 Warehouse at 535 S. White St.
Owners Jason Howard, Dan Murphy and Brad Stancil started the brand in 2016. The bar now has locations in Downtown Raleigh, Clayton and Wilson.
The bar is not the only tenant heading to the new development. Retail tenants Pure Barre is already open there, and MassageLuxe and Mosaic Pediatric Therapy will also be joining the 535 Warehouse, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
Lil Hombre Smoked Taco, which is also owned by Howard, will also be joining the development in the coming months.
The development, which used to be a warehouse for agricultural supplies, is now fully leased. It spans 16,500 square feet and will provide space for five tenants.
