Now, Eggroll Co. is planning to join the lineup at Camp North End, heading to the Keswick District at 1801 North Graham St. this fall, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
The 385-square-foot food stall was formerly home to Bleu Barn Bistro, which closed in August.
The company, which currently operates a food truck and does pop-up and catering events, serves hot and crunchy American-style fried egg rolls. They are filled with mozzarella, provolone and a choice of steak, chicken or veggies. The menu items listed on Eggroll Co.’s website include Uptown steak, Uptown chicken, pizza and veggie delight. It also serves sweet eggrolls such as apple pie cheesecake.
“Our gourmet egg rolls pack the same robust flavors and hold the same weight as a 10′ deli sub,” the Eggroll Co. website states. “We would know because we used to sell them. Our unique ingredients and variety will take your palette on an adventurous and fulfilling journey.”
The food stall will have a clean, modern look, according to the Business Journal.
“We are so excited to have a permanent presence at Camp North End, a diverse community we have been visiting for many years and that’s always felt like home,” Alexander said in a statement on the company’s Instagram page.
Other recent food stall additions at Camp North End have included Blasian Asian Way, which opened in September. La Caseta, which serves Latin American cuisine, and Soul Miner’s Garden also operate at the Keswick food stalls.
