Cook Out has been in a major expansion process in and around the Charlotte market and across the state. Other expansion plans have included spots in Charlotte, Randleman and Clemmons, as previously reported by What Now Charlotte.
The chain has locations across 10 states, with a stronghold in its home state of North Carolina. Based in Thomasville, the company is helmed by CEO Jeremy Reaves.
The company has more than 350 locations across the South, with at least another dozen locations in the pipeline just in North Carolina, according to the Cook Out website. The chain is known for its classic American fast-casual menu, focusing on char-grilled burgers, hot dogs, chicken and milkshakes.
As of now, it is unclear what the precise opening timeline is for these upcoming locations.
