A new restaurant concept is heading to Mayfair Hospitality Group’s ROAR Winston-Salem.
Cevushi is “coming soon” to the entertainment and dining venue at 633 N Liberty St., according to the Mayfair Hospitality Group website.
The concept will be a fusion of Japanese sushi and Latin American ceviche.
“The restaurant will offer a variety of ceviche-sushi hybrids, such as ceviche rolls, sushi rolls with ceviche toppings and ceviche bowls with sushi rice,” the Mayfair Hospitality Group website states. “The menu will also include traditional sushi and ceviche dishes, as well as fusion cocktails and Latin American beers.”
Cevushi is part of a group of new concepts heading to ROAR, which already offers a variety of entertainment and dining options, including bowling, virtual golf simulators and arcade games. The Mayfair Club, Italian eatery Est! Est! Est! and JL Caspers are also found at ROAR.
Modern mini golf concept Twisted Putter and e-sports and gaming concept The Bunker are also advertised as coming soon alongside Cevushi.
Winston-Salem based Mayfair Hospitality Group is led by founder Simon Burgess. The group has been expanding its concepts, with plans to take ROAR into five new markets in different states, including Maryland, Ohio and South Carolina. Out-of-state projects for Est! Est! Est! and JL Caspers are currently in the works, as well.
As of now, it is unclear what the exact timeline will be for bringing Cevushi to the ROAR space in Winston-Salem.
