Owner Haley Borden told What Now Charlotte that they will serve breakfast and lunch, and then have afternoon drinks and light bites. She hopes to make it a spot that will work in people’s fast-paced lifestyles without forcing them to compromise on eating healthy foods.
“If you’re looking to grab a drink with girlfriends after work or popping in after a workout class and just need a quick salad, we’ll have a little something for everyone,” Borden said.
There will also be a market section that will sell locally-sourced specialty items and goods, as well as take-home meals and snacks. She said the menu is designed to have “a little bit of everything.”
“We’re going to have a lot of options for the local community,” Borden said. “We’re taking a lot of feedback. It’s been great to get to know people who live and work around here and we’re really creating this based on what they’re looking for in the new space.”
Borden said they are targeting a spring 2025 opening.
“We see this really being a community hub,” Borden said. “This is an area of Raleigh that continues to grow and expand. We’re excited to bring something that’s locally owned to the local community that people can enjoy. I want this to be a really warm, welcoming gathering spot for people.”
