The new 35,000-square-foot pickleball entertainment complex will have everything from six pickleball courts, golf simulators, ping pong, pool tables, shuffleboard, cornhole, and darts to food and drink options, including a Tex-Mex-style menu and three bars, according to Charlotte Business Journal. Owners Mike Salzarulo and Tanner Brooks plan to open Tipsy Pickle late next summer, featuring indoor and outdoor bars on the main level and a mezzanine-level cocktail lounge.

“Our goal is to create a place where everyone can let loose, unwind, and relax,” Salzarulo tells the Charlotte Observer. ” With the array of activities we’re planning and the outstanding food and beverage options, we couldn’t have found a better location than Camp North End. Our vision is for people to use this on a weekly or even daily basis and be able to create a different experience every time they come.”

On top of the multi-faceted entertainment center being a place for people to come together and enjoy various sports, Tipsy Pickle plans to unite its guests with diverse food and drink options. The menu from the full-service kitchen will include tacos, quesadillas, smash burgers, salads, and other breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The owners also plan to add healthy grab-and-go options in the morning for people looking to workout at the facility.

“The popularity of pickleball is growing exponentially, and we want to create a place where everyone feels welcome, from the pros to the novices to the sideline heroes just looking to have a good time,” Brooks tells the Business Journal. “We needed to make it something that was very shareable. We want people to be able to enjoy it with their friends in a group setting.”
