The company will open at Whitehall Corners under franchise owners Paul Foster and Nathaniel Frye, according to the Charlotte Observer. The two are planning a nearly 1,400-square-foot space, possibly for takeout only, but that has yet to be decided. The eatery will join Hahne Eye Center, Pizza Hut, and Verizon. Customers can order via walk-in, call-in, or the store’s app. The new Peach Cobbler Factory will open in late June or mid-July.

The franchise group plans to open another store next year in the Waxhaw area. While these will be the first locations in the metro Charlotte area, The Peach Cobler Factory recently opened its second location in the Triangle at 1071 Pine Plaza Drive in Apex under different franchise owners. Davin Riggan, a 49-year-old Bunn native, and his wife and daughter opened the new location this week. The family plans to take the Peach Cobbler Factory via a mobile unit to Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort this summer.

The two new locations prove the company is fast-growing, with nine locations in North Carolina. When these sites open, customers can expect a welcoming, fast-casual environment that offers delicious cobblers with ice cream, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, Sweet Peachy Tea, and Cold Rush cold-brewed coffee. Since the Peach Cobbler Factory started in 2013, its commitment has always been to producing a premium line of desserts.
