The new coffee shop is the latest from The Bottle Cap Group, which is behind several other Charlotte area restaurants, including Ink N Ivy, Southend Station, Whiskey Warehouse, Jack’s Corner Tap, and Brazwells Premium Pub, according to the Charlotte Observer. There is no exact opening date for Bright Eyed Coffee, but it will sit next to YAY Yogurt and Yuca, which opened earlier this year. The new cafe will serve La Colombe Coffee and various pastries.

The Shops at The Winnifred is a retail destination offering boutique shopping, artisans, and everything in between. The new coffee concept coming to the shopping center will be under the Winnifred apartments, where a handful of other businesses operate, including Boba Baba Cafe, The Brown Sugar Collab, BeautyWalker Nail Studio, and more. The Shops at The Winnifred is also expected to welcome a new cocktail lounge in suite 103 later this year.

“Bottle Cap Group is a rapidly expanding local restaurant group highlighting diversity and innovative concepts in each of our individual establishments,” according to the group’s website.” We pride ourselves on our genuine passion for the food and beverage industry and our desire to provide an experience that will keep our customers coming back on a regular basis.”
